What to wear to work: A Dose of Spring

I promise I won't harp on the cold in this post because apparently an average person spends 10 whole months talking about the weather in their life (WA-BOOM!). And I think that time could be much better spent talking about all the fascinating things that are happening around us. Like this hilarious app where you play Marco Polo with your misplaced phone, or this robot that will feed you tomatoes as you run (why tomatoes though?).

We engage in small talk often times because...
...we don't know a lot about our conversational partner and what might interest them. So we end up talking about the one thing that we know we both have in common - the weather, how horridly cold or delightfully warm.

But aren't you bored of these cookie cutter conversations?
So I'm giving myself a challenge (and hopefully inspire you to do the same!) - to engage in small talk without so much as a peep about the weather.

Oh yeah, and here's a post on how to add a little spring (GET IT?) to your snow heavy steps to work.
Stay strong, the end is near!
